Terms and Conditions

  1. Swimming Fees can be made in the following methods :
    1. Login to student account and make payment via NETS, Debit or Credit Card
    2. Check ( Payable to Rickment Mok )Fund Transfer ( POSB Savings Account Number: 120-48881-3 )
    3. Paylah or Paynow - 98568280
      (Please indicate Student Name, Training Day & Time for reference)
      (An SMS to 9856 8280 after the transfer would be greatly appreciated)
  2. The first month and a withdrawal month fees should be submitted together with the application form.
  3. Monthly fee should be paid during the first lesson of the month.
  4. Withdrawal from the class must be informed at least One Month in advance & the last lesson shall be the on the last lesson of the month.
  5. Withdrawal month fees are non-refundable.
  6. There will be no replacement lesson in the absence of the student.
  7. Replacement lesson will be arranged in the absence of the instructor.
  8. During poor weather conditions (example : drizzling ) lesson will continue until the lifeguard closes the pool.
  9. However, we will continue with dry land exercise, video lesson or theory lesson.
  10. There will be no lesson on the public holidays.
  11. Test will be given for student who meets the requirements.
  12. There will be no replacement lesson for competitive training.
  13. Pool admission charges are not inclusive in the fees.
  14. Months with 5 weeks (There will be no lesson on the 5th week).
  15. Student will be asked to change class if deem necessary.
  16. No transfer of fees to a third party is allowed.
  17. Payments made are non-refundable.
  18. Transport area includes only Tampines, Simei and Pasir Ris.
  19. We reserves the rights to send a relief instructor should your regular instructor be unavailable.
  20. We reserved the right to make changes to the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Delivery and Service Policies

  1. There will be no replacement lesson in the absence of the student.
  2. Replacement lesson will be arranged in the absence of the instructor.
  3. There will be no lesson on the public holidays.
  4. There will be no replacement lesson for competitive training.
  5. Pool admission charges are not inclusive in the fees.
  6. Months with 5 weeks (There will be no lesson on the 5th week).

  1. Raffles Swim Team PTE LTD is committed to protecting our members personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act ("PDPA”). In line with the PDPA, by submitting this form, I hereby give my consent to Raffles Swim Team PTE LTD to collect, use and disclose my personal data for the purposes of administering and processing matters regarding my membership, event participation, receiving of information/updates and etc from Raffles Swim Team PTE LTD.
  2. Should you wish to withdraw your consent for Raffles Swim Team PTE LTD to contact you for the purposes stated above, please notify us in writing to enquiry@rafflesswimteam.com.sg . We will then remove your personal information from our database. Please allow 5 working days for your withdrawal of consent to take effect.
Payment
  1. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, your credit card data encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
  2. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  3. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
